The JBG Cos., CBRE Global Investment Partners acquire Trilogy NoMa from Mill Creek Residential – Washington Business Journal

JBG and CBRE Global formed a joint venture last December to invest about $250 million in equity, which they hoped to use to leverage to acquire $500 million in office, retail and multifamily properties.
